Immigration Law Compliance

McNerney Management Group is committed to employing only United States citizens and aliens who are authorized to work in the United States. In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986,  we will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
